Great atmosphere meets imaginative menu, paired with stellar execution and service. Had flat iron steak entree cooked just right at medium rare. Garlic mash was the perfect side. Got to chat with Judd too. Wish I lived here as I would aspire to try everything on the menu at least once. Hmmm, maybe I can find a way to be a more frequent visitor ... Oh and one more thing. Coming from Boston, I couldn't believe that all of the above could be true, and yet the prices could be so reasonable. You've got a good thing going here, Idaho Falls.

Came here tonight based on a recommendation and had to write my own review. The food here is AMAZING! Not sure where to start. Appetizers were so delicious with my favorite being the stuffed mushroom (the green sauce is to die for). Our group got an assortment of main courses from the pasta to the lamb, filet and Salmon. Everything was not only beautiful to look at but so delicious...there was nothing left to take home! Loved the steak and vegetable soup as well. YUM! Service was spot on. Highly recommend ...you will not be disappointed!

What a delight this ristorante brought to my wife's birthday! The food was amazing and very reasonable in price. The owner was incredibly personable not to mention a great waitress! We will make this restaurant A routine stop for any celebration / or whenever we are craving impeccable seafood pasta!

I LOVE Copper Rill!!!! Shandi and Chef Judd are amazing and always make us feel welcome. I have to eat gluten free and they are so willing to cater to that. They are very knowledgeable in the GF diet and I always feel confident to eat what they have prepared for me. The food is delicious! Lunch, dinner or brunch NEVER disappoints.

The food and service are fine dinning. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The chef was kind enough to prepare a selection for us gluten free. My friends and I eat here often because the food is so good. The brunch on Sundays are the best in town.

Great atmosphere! Went here on a Tuesday afternoon and exactly at 11am, my colleague and I came here for lunch. Beautiful linen, wooden bookshelves, big windows and helpful attentive staff. We ordered the garlic shrimp appetizers (although I wish we could've ordered all of the appetizers) which were good but not extraordinary. Something I could've made in my kitchen. My friend ordered Mahi Mahi Tacos, which came out very beautiful and delicious in his opinion. Also with a lime for squeezing. I ordered the Reuben. The corn beef was thinly sliced and stacked with (what tasted like) fresh ingredients and thousand island on the side. For dessert we ordered the NY cheesecake with raspberry purée. The sauce looked like they blended it right in the back - not sure though! All in all for two people, an appetizer, two sandwiches and splitting a dessert (with two fancy coffees) came out to be about $40. not bad if you ask me :-)

I have only been here for brunch but I LOVED the fruit blintzes. The potatoes are ok, and the omelets are really good. The service is great. I'd love to come back for dinner.

My wife and I were fortunate to dine at this fine restaurant twice in ten days. From the service to the fantastic food, I wish we lived closer so we could enjoy this type of meal more often. The Asian noodle stir fry and the flank steak entrees were fairly priced, and the portions were superb. Do not miss this restaurant!

Online reservations was a snap! We were a party of 9. Food was served in reasonable time. Appetizers were delicious. Curry chicken skewers, sausage mushrooms, and shrimp all very good. The entries, flat iron steak and filet mignon tender and cooked to perfection. Maple soy poached salmon salad not bad but I'd prefer the salmon grilled on this salad. Butternut squash ravioli was very good. Asian stir fry was very good and a winner with younger eaters. Even the dinner rolls were yummy. Desserts were not fantastic except the lemon sorbet. The lemon sorbet was the best by far. Cream brûlée custard was a little bland, melted at the bottom but the caramelized sugar top perfect. The cheese cake was mediocre and a small serving. Molten chocolate cake didn't have any wow factor. They need a really good chocolate dessert, this didn't cut it. Our server was a bit confused or too busy. She'd bring the next dish without clearing the dishes from previous course. She would reach across our plates in front of our faces. She served us haphazardly. Not what I would call fine dining. It made dinner not as relaxed and enjoyable. I'd go there again considering there's not much in the area but I'd be a little particular when ordering. Keep it up!

Fabulous Foodie find in Idaho Falls! Really enjoyed our meal and wine selections. Take your time and enjoy the experience. Great service and loved the "Travel Chic" decor. From the Mussels to Caesar to the Black and Blue Filet with garlic potatoes and perfectly cooked veggies to the Creme Brûlée - everything was perfect! Thank you for making my birthday memorable!

Every thing was perfect. We walked in without a reservation and were seated immediately. Service was quick and courteous. I had the butternut squash and ricotta cheese ravioli and my husband had the chicken wellington. Both were excellent. We chose the house salad to go with our meal and it was perfect as well -- a nice blend of baby greens with a garnish of shredded carrot and cheese and select pieces of onion on top plus two croutons on the side that had just the right amount of crunch.

Just happened to stumble onto this fabulous restaurant. One night in Idaho Falls and we hit a gold mine! You absolutely must try the Chicken Wellington! Good to the last taste. And the house salad was fresh and wonderful. And the service was fantastic. Very reasonably priced for the above average fare. We did not have reservations but got an outside table with excellent service. Highly recommend this eatery.

I am from San diego and just walked in with my mom due to staying in a hotel close by. Got seated right away, ordered wine, mushroom appetizers, pork Oscar, salad, and lemon sorbet for a total of $63 for two. The price itself was good but the food was incredible, very tasty and enough to be really full. If in town again will be eating here for sure

This place was really good. My wife and I wanted to go to a restaurant that we'd never eaten at before. This place had good reviews so we decided to try it out and I'm glad we did. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We tried the curried chicken and baked brie appetizers. Both were tasty. I had the french onion soup which had an excellent broth, I'd like the onions cooked a little more but, overall it was good. My wife had the salad which she really enjoyed. Very fresh lettuce and vegetables. For the main course I ordered the black and bleu filet mignon. The steak was extremely tender and delicious. I wasn't a huge fan of the seasoning on it, but it was the best cut of meat I've ever had in Idaho Falls. The garlic mashed potatoes were perfect and the sauteed vegetables were also very well seasoned and perfectly cooked. My wife ordered the fish tacos which she said where very delicious. We will definitely be coming back to try out more items on the menu. Side note: The restaurant closes at 9 on Fridays and Saturdays. I wish they would stay open until at least 10 on the weekends. Hopefully with enough business that can change.

This place was great! The atmosphere was amazing :) It was nice and quiet and the decor was classy and simply beautiful. The music was popular yet tasteful in that it wasn't crazy loud and it complemented the high end atmosphere quite well. Our waitress was fantastic and so sweet. Probably some of the best service in town. The owner was in the house and she came over and asked us how we were doing and that was nice. My mom runs a social group for our church and she asked the owner about having a party there in the other party room that they have and she was very accommodating with that. Finally the food It was amazing! I got the rib eye which was fantastic and incredibly tender and juicy and flavorful. It came with these amazing garlic mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. Usually I don't like steamed veggies because they are never very flavorful and they are kind of soggy. But these rocked. They had flavor and texture and they were just plain great. I also had this great Italian sausage and squash soup which was very good and for an appetizer we had this merely cheese dish that came with crostini and it was to die for. It had Brie and sundries tomatoes in it and it was delicious. I would 100% suggest this restaurant. GO THERE! it's sooooo good :)

What an amazing find! How does a place like this exist in such a cute little city? First and foremost sit outside and listen to the river. Between that and the food you're about to eat you'll need a nap later. The crepes Lisa were perfect. Really just perfect. My son had these strange little pancake balls with Rasberry compote on top and they were delicious! This a must stop!!

Copper Rill is at the top of our list for a terrific dinner. The owners are genuinely welcoming and kind. The flat iron is our fave, and the edamame divine. Give it a try ... they don't disappoint.

It takes a lot for me to give any place 5 starts but this place truly deserves it. Great service as they wait hand and foot to crater to all the request. They take the time to make recommendations and the food is definitely as they describe it. I had the linguine and most places it taste more pasta and less anything else. Their's you can taste the tomatoes and the pasta. Not one was to over powering. Well recommend ... If I lived in town would defiantly come back here again.

At first I was a little put off by the fact that when they asked if we had reservations and we didn't they looked very confused and acted as though we couldn't eat there the place was almost empty so this really surprised me!!! But once we got past that the food was fantastic! The stuffed mushrooms were soooo good and my steak was cooked perfectly!!!! The wine that was suggested was perfect!!! I will go back but I will just make sure I make reservations first!!

OMG...this place is AMAZING. Forget your typical breakfast joints. The Sunday Brunch is top of the line. The staff is amazing. You walk out knowing that your money was well spent. My husband and I look forward to our Sunday. The rest of the menu is also splendid. Well done, you have my vote on AMAZING.

A staff and owner that interacts and cares for her customers. Food that is hands down the tastiest in town. Attentive and friendly staff. Perfect sized portions. My wife and I enjoy their fish plates. The ambience and decor could be warmer. Overall, best place for a great dinner in Idaho Falls.

Best meal ever! From the stuffed mushrooms as a starter, then a real salad with veggies and cheese, a yummy biscuit, pork oscar that is nothing less than 5 stars, superb wine, refreshing lemon sorbet, great service, elegant atmosphere. I will go there whenever here in Idaho Falls

I have hosted business meetings here as well as dining for pleasure. The food is always incredible, and the service is even better! Professional, caring and flawless service (I spent 10 years in fine dining) paired with exquisite food. I have had the flank steak, calamari, shrimp and avocado pasta (divine!), pork oscar and many other dishes. You can't go wrong!

Used Yelp to try something new and we were very happy with our decision. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere was the perfect amount of proper and casual. The house made butternut squash was delicious. A favorite by our waitress was the flatiron steak and did not disappoint. Good food, atmosphere, and service. Next time I'm in Idaho Falls I'll be coming back.

Top of the Line... took the wife and kids there for brunch, had a great breakfast... kids loved it. Everything was just perfectly cooked and tasted out of this world. Staff was great, on top of the drinks and anything else we needed. Enjoyed the atmosphere also, very unique, very nice inside. Would recommend to anyone out of town, or in town... just a great place, great food.

Great food and better service! I have been there for lunch, dinner and brunch. Each time I am treated like a relative returning from a too long absence. Shandi and Judd all stop by to say hi! The food is consistently good! I dine with a person that has Celiac Disease and cannot eat gluten. They always accommodate our special requests and, we have never had an incident of her being glutened. When asked where I want to go for my birthday, anniversary, or just a good meal, my answer is easy...Copper Rill!

I was looking forward to eating here after reading all the great 5 STAR reviews! My son and I went in for the Sunday brunch and waited over 45 minutes in a very very quiet (no background music) room... where if you spoke in a normal voice the other two tables can not help but listen in... a bit uncomfortable... just waited and talked quietly... (we were warned it would be a bit) but I didn't mind, we had just walked around the river and were looking forward to a good meal. I had the "Maryland Style Crab Cakes baked golden and served with Hollandaise Sauce" and my adult son had the "Steak and Eggs - Pan Seared Flat Iron Steak served with extra potatoes and no eggs" like mentioned in a review here on yelp. My dish consisted of two 3" x 3/4" crab cakes (they were cool and not flavorful at all) I ate one of the two , potatoes (where old like they where stored on a buffet type warmer all morning... not edible), and 3 or 4 pieces of fruit that were placed like someone cared (only to find they had all been in the same bowl... so each tasted like cantaloupe no matter the fruit). My sons dish was a small steak with the same cold potatoes... Then the waitress came out with some potatoes that where cut differently and pipping hot and said "here is your extra potatoes! My son was kind enough to share the only good part of this restaurant experience. My hopes were high... then dashed... maybe it was a bad day, maybe the cook was ill and couldn't make it in? Not sure... just know it was not worth the money, or wait. Not sure why my experience was so drastically different... but that's for them to figure out.

Arrived at 730 pm on a Tuesday night, not particularly busy. I was traveling on business and was just looking for a good place to grab a bite. I was told they'd stopped serving for the evening. The sign 2 foot away said they were open until 9 pm. No explanation, just showed me the door. I dont get it. Definitely not returning.

It was okay. I was here with some friends for brunch and ordered an off-menu item. I don't remember what it was, but that's because it was probably the most unremarkable meal I've had at a place with cloth napkins.

We went with friends for a Christmas Eve dinner & it was WONDERFUL! The food was excellent & the service was also excellent. We had the Madagascar vanilla crème broulee for dessert & it was fabulous!! My husband & I will be celebrating our anniversary there next month.
